These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Misar Social, operated by Misar AI Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"). ACCEPTANCE By accessing or using Misar Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms. USE OF SERVICE - You must be 18 years or older to use this service. - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. - You may not use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity. - You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service's APIs. CONTENT OWNERSHIP - You retain ownership of all content you create using Misar Social. - You grant us a limited licence to process and publish your content on your behalf to the platforms you connect. - You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of each connected platform. AI-GENERATED CONTENT Misar Social uses AI to assist in generating content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS - Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Billing is handled by Assisters LLC (Delaware, USA). - Month-to-month plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. - Annual plans are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. - We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. TERMINATION We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
