Misar AI Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates Misar Social (social.misar.io). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. DATA WE COLLECT - Account data: name, email address, and authentication tokens provided during sign-up via id.misar.io. - Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and IP address for security and analytics. - Social account tokens: OAuth access tokens for connected social platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). These are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and never stored in plaintext. - Content you create: posts, drafts, schedules, and generated AI content. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA - To provide and improve the Misar Social service. - To authenticate you and maintain your session. - To publish content to your connected social accounts on your behalf. - To send transactional emails (post published, schedule failed) via MisarMail. - We do NOT use your data to train AI models. - We do NOT sell your data to third parties. DATA STORAGE All data is stored on self-hosted infrastructure on Hetzner servers in Germany. We do not use supabase.com cloud or any US-based cloud database. DATA RETENTION You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES - Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. - Social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram): subject to their respective privacy policies.
