Buffer API setup

Misar Social uses the Buffer API to schedule posts in the MVP phase. Your Buffer account is optional if you publish directly. CONNECTING BUFFER 1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Buffer. 2. Enter your Buffer Access Token (found in buffer.com → Settings → API Access). 3. Click "Connect". Misar Social verifies the token and lists your Buffer profiles. 4. Map each Buffer profile to a Misar Social connected account. WHAT BUFFER IS USED FOR When you schedule a post in Misar Social, it is added to your Buffer queue for the mapped profile. Buffer handles the actual publishing at the scheduled time. PUBLISHING WITHOUT BUFFER You can also publish directly (without Buffer) by clicking "Publish Now" on an approved post. Direct publishing uses your connected OAuth tokens. BUFFER ALTERNATIVES In a future update, Misar Social will offer a native scheduling queue that replaces Buffer. Existing Buffer connections will continue to work.
